Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before the product has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@aedentalstore.com or call +91 877 813 0141.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, you must contact support@aedentalstore.com.

Refunds for cancellations after dispatch are processed only once the products have been received back and verified at our warehouse.

Note that shipping charges may be deducted if the cancellation occurs after the product has left our facility.
General Cancellation Terms

If any product is found unavailable after receiving the order, the customer will be notified via email, and the payment will be fully refunded.

AE Dental reserves the right to suspend/cancel orders at any point in time unless it has been received by the customer.
Return/Replacement Eligibility AE Dental provides a Return/Replacement scheme for new products purchased within 10 days of delivery. The returned products are eligible for refund or replacement only after inspection and approval by our Quality Check Team based on the following criteria:

The product must be unused.

The product seal must be intact and not tampered with.

All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included in the packaging.

The product packaging must not be damaged.

The product must be the correct item.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged product, an incomplete product (missing any components or accessories), a missing complete product, or the wrong product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that after this 48-hour period, our team will not accept any complaints regarding damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrectly delivered products.
Return Request Submission Customers can submit a return request by contacting us at support@aedentalstore.com. You will need to provide images or a short video detailing the issue with the non-working product within 10 days of delivery. If you do not provide the necessary information within this timeframe, AE Dental reserves the right to deny your return request.
Replacement and Refund Process

We will offer you a replacement for all valid return requests raised within 10 working days of delivery.

If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced at the time of request, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Timeline:

Online Payments: Refund is processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive and verify the products at our warehouse. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount using the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days (up to 7-10 days in some cases) for the amount to reflect in your account.

Return Fees AE Dental reserves the right to charge a return fee under the following circumstances:

A fee of Rs. 95 will be applied for partial returns if the total order amount (excluding the returned products) is less than Rs. 2,500.

A fee of Rs. 95 will be applied for complete order returns if the original order value is under Rs. 2,500.

If you send a different or extra product other than the return-approved product, you are liable for the logistics costs for picking up and returning the product.
Non-Returnable Products While we offer a 10-day return or replacement policy, certain products fall under the Non-Returnable category:

Products that can be used directly on patients (e.g., tooth cream, mousse, MRC/orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, and other myofunctional appliances).

Products categorized under Pharmacy, including hand sanitizers and patient education models.

Specific Non-Returnable Items: Typodont Teeth, Dappen Dish, Applicator Tips, Cheek Retractors, Toothpastes, Education Models, Normal Saline, Short expirable products where the expiry date is clearly mentioned, Ortho Myobraces, Trainers & Retainers, Dental chairs, Disposable Airotors, Disposable Diagnostic Instruments, and New Diamond Burs.

Orders where the product value is less than Rs. 250 and the quantity is 1 are not eligible for the 10-day return window.

Products labeled as "short expiry" cannot be returned due to expiry claims.
Warranty Claims

Physical damage to the product is not covered under warranty.

AE Dental and the buyer acknowledge that products are subject to the original manufacturer/importer warranties only.

Service and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or importer. AE Dental is not liable for replacing these products but may assist you in registering a request with the manufacturer.
