Delivery Timelines Orders usually take 4-8 days for domestic orders; however, during busy periods (promotional sales, festive occasions, extreme weather conditions), delivery may take a little longer than mentioned. AE Dental will not be responsible for such delays, though we work hard to minimize them.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you may track the status of your order by visiting the 'My Orders' section on our website or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Packaging

If the outer brown box is physically damaged or its seal is tampered with upon arrival, we recommend not accepting the delivery. Promptly report the issue to our support team at support@aedentalstore.com.

Technical Assistance To help resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot via online tools or calls. If applicable, we may ask you to enlist a local technician for issues that can be resolved on your end to expedite the process. We may reimburse fees incurred for local technician services upon prior approval.
