  • Preparation:Ensure the impression tray is clean and dry.Dispense the required amount of Zetaplus Putty Base onto a clean mixing surface.
  • Mixing:Add the recommended quantity of Indurent Gel catalyst to the putty.Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous color is achieved, avoiding streaks.
  • Application:Load the mixed putty onto the impression tray evenly.Immediately insert the tray into the patient’s mouth, ensuring proper seating and coverage.
  • Setting Time:Allow the material to set in the patient’s mouth. The working and setting times can be adjusted by varying the amount of catalyst used.
  • Removal:Once set, gently remove the tray from the oral cavity.
  • Post-Procedure:Rinse and disinfect the impression before sending it to the lab.
