Direction To Use
Effective cleaning of root canal system is provided during irrigation treatment with HYPOCHLOR (3.25 %), HYPOCHLOR FORTE (5.25%), using endodontic needle with side hole (or bulb syringe) for injecting solutions into deep areas of root canals.
It is necessary to use oral rubber dam system to avoid burn injury of oral mucosa because of high alkalinity of the liquid.
At final irrigation leave 2-3 ml of HYPOCHLOR (3.25 %) in the canal for 2-3min, then wash with distilled water.
Do not dilute liquid to get desired effect.Without diluting liquid is able to dissolve vital pulp remains.

Can it be mixed with chlorhexidine?
Never — creates brown cytotoxic precipitate. Flush with saline between NaOCl and CHX.
How much per canal?
Minimum 10–20ml total per canal — 2–5ml after each file size change.
What precautions?
Use rubber dam, side-vented needle, gentle positive pressure only. Never force beyond apex.
