Key Specifications
Brand: Maarc | Type: Light-Curing Gingival Protection Resin
Cure: Light cure | Consistency: Flowable — sets flexible after curing
Application: Before in-office bleaching gel placement
Compatible: All in-office whitening systems
Direction To Use
Clean and dry the teeth and gingival area thoroughly before application.
Attach the dispensing tip to the syringe and apply a continuous bead of the barrier along the gingival margin, covering 2–3 mm of the gingiva and slightly overlapping the enamel surface.
Ensure the material flows into embrasures and undercuts for complete isolation.
Extend the barrier slightly beyond the area to be bleached for added protection.
Light-cure the applied material using a dental curing light as per manufacturer’s recommended time (typically 10–20 seconds) until fully set.
Verify the hardened barrier for complete coverage and seal before starting the whitening procedure.
After the procedure, gently peel off the barrier starting from one end; it should come off easily without leaving residue.
Discard the used material and clean the area if needed.
