Direction To Use
Installation:
- Set up external dental devices, including the water supply and air supply systems.
- Ensure the water pressure is between 0.7bar to 2.2bar and adjust the air supply pressure to 3.5bar to 4.5bar.
- Connect the Dental Air Polisher securely to the handpiece pipeline.
Powder Loading:
- After connecting the Dental Air Polisher, unscrew the powder storage chamber cover.
- Add the recommended amount of powder into the chamber.
- Clear any powder residues at the thread position and tighten the cover.
Product Operation:
- Before treating the patient, spray the oral cavity for 1-3 seconds to ensure even air and water spray.
- Hold the handpiece in a pen-holding position.
- Maintain a distance of 3-5mm between the spray head air outlet and the tooth surface during air polishing.
- Follow recommended angles (30-60 degrees) for air polishing direction.
Maintenance:
- Clear powder residues regularly.
- Open the powder storage chamber cover to clear the remaining powder.
- Blow off powder in the chamber with air.
- Wipe off powder residues on the device's surface with alcohol cotton or a dry towel.
Cleaning and Disinfection:
- Remove the handpiece from the Dental Air Polisher.
- Scrub the handpiece and spray head with a soft brush and rinse with pure water.
- Use a CE-certified detergent for cleaning.
- Follow specific procedures for automatic cleaning and avoid ultrasonic cleaning.
Sterilization:
- Sterilize only the handpiece and spray head using steam sterilization procedures.
- Ensure the sterilization temperature does not exceed 138°C.
Usage Precautions:
- Adhere to precautions regarding patient conditions, such as hemophilia, heart pacemakers, and respiratory diseases.
- Regularly check the handpiece for cracks or deformities.
