Direction To Use
- Check Battery Capacity: Ensure that the battery is adequately charged for normal operation
- Power On the Device: Press the power-on button to turn on the Dental X-Ray Generator. Listen for a prompt beep sound.Press the designated area briefly for 1 second; wait for the “Master Ray” indicator to change from white to green, and the lock icon to unlock. Release your hand to enter the main interface
- Select Imaging Parameters: Choose the appropriate group, tooth type, and equipment mode for the imaging procedure
- Adjust Exposure Time: Review the default exposure time displayed and adjust as necessary based on clinical indications and patient specifics
- Prepare Imaging Receiver: Place a high-quality image receiver (IP imaging plate, sensor, or film) in a protective bag and position it in the patient’s mouth, ensuring it is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the teeth with the effective surface facing towards them
- Pre-Exposure Setup: Short press or long press the exposure button to enter pre-exposure mode.Position the Dental X-Ray Generator at the patient's teeth, adjusting according to the angle displayed on the screen
- Ensure Proper Alignment: Confirm that the light beam from the Dental X-Ray Generator is perpendicular to the image receiver's position
- Capture the Image: Press and hold the exposure button until you hear a beep sound indicating that exposure is complete. Release the button when the beep stops
- Post-Exposure Procedure: After exposure, carefully remove the image receiver from the patient's mouth.Allow a cooling period for the device after completing exposure
- Maintain Correct Patient Positioning: Ensure that the patient maintains a correct sitting position throughout the procedure and adjust angles as necessary for optimal imaging
- Configure Settings Based on Patient Needs: Be mindful of patient age, size, and clinical indications when configuring exposure settings, adjusting time settings as needed
- Access Settings Interface: Click on equipment selection icons to choose required imaging receivers (sensor, scanner, or film) and adjust group modes between adult and child settings based on patient age
- Finalize Exposure Settings: After confirming all selected parameters (group mode, tooth type, device, exposure time), press and hold the exposure button to initiate imaging when ready
- Monitor Pre-Exposure Countdown: In pre-exposure mode, observe countdown and real-time angle displays on-screen; you can return to main interface if needed
- Completion Notification: Once exposure is complete, a completion interface will appear on-screen, indicating successful image acquisition
